VINIFICATION TECHNOLOGY
Type: Traditional, classical vinification
Fermentation: Controlled temperature at 28oC for 6 days followed by mild maceration, during 12 days.

AGING
15 months in french oak

PROMPTITUDE
The wine is ready for consumption although it can be kept
in cellar for another 10 years.
